So, this really isn't a full book review. It is just over the first part. I start Jillian Michaels, Unlimited book a few days ago. So far, pretty good. The third chapter she tries to bring faith/spirituality into the picture without being too one sided. Personally, I agree with her on the idea that we need to incorporate prayer and meditation into our hopes and dreams, but I'm not quite sure about her presentation. With that said, I have really enjoyed some of the other things she has said up to this point. Let me just through a few quotes out there:
"Transformation isn't a future event, it's a present activity, and the closest you can come to predicting what your future holds is to start creating it now."
"To rebuild something from its foundation, you have to break it down first. But to be successful you have to know it is worth it."
"If we have our own why of life, we shall get along with almost any how."
Those make you think, don't they?! Now here are a few questions she ask, in reference to how you are spending you time that got me thinking about what I really want to be doing.

In your "ideal" day," what do you picture yourself doing?
Do you like independence of working alone or working with a team?
Are you more scientific minded or creatively minded?
What belief are you most passionate about?
Do you like structure and corporate settings or casual, intimate settings?
